About the H-4 Visa
The H-4 visa is designed for the immediate family members (spouse and unmarried children under 21) of H-2A and H-2B workers in the United States. It allows families to stay together while the primary visa holder is employed in the U.S.
Who Can Apply
- Spouses of H-2A visa holders (farm/agricultural workers)
- Spouses of H-2B visa holders (non-farm seasonal workers)
- Unmarried children under the age of 21 of H-2A or H-2B workers
